How do I choose a vehicle?
Use the guided booking flow. Tell us the occasion and passenger count, then compare recommended units using real fleet imagery.
Can I select an exact unit?
Yes. Choose a specific available unit during booking. If your first choice is unavailable, the team will contact you before changing it.
What does NEMT cost?
Ambulatory service is $35 plus $3 per loaded mile ($65 minimum); wheelchair is $55 plus $4 per loaded mile ($95 minimum); bariatric wheelchair is $85 plus $5 per loaded mile ($135 minimum); stretcher is $225 plus $5 per loaded mile ($275 minimum); and bariatric stretcher is $275 plus $6 per loaded mile ($350 minimum). Applicable surcharges are shown before checkout.
Do you provide emergency transportation?
No. Rent Luxury Vans provides non-emergency transportation. Call 911 for an emergency.
What areas do you serve?
We coordinate transportation across the 48 contiguous states, including regional and longer-distance trips.
Can an organization book recurring trips?
Yes. Customer profiles save company and passenger information so future and recurring trip requests are faster.
